RETURN POLICY
- Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, free of any smells, free of animal hair, and be returned to us in the same condition they were sent to you including tags being attached. If shoes came in a box, they need to be returned in a box.
- We CANNOT CANCEL any orders. Once the order is placed, it goes straight to our shipping department and we are not able to stop the shipment. If by chance we do find a circumstance an order needs to be cancelled or refunded, we reserve the right to charge a processing fee of up to 10% of the order.
- All blowout sale items, final sale items, holiday themed items, pre orders, mystery items, undergarments, makeup, bath and beauty and swimsuits cannot be returned.
- Returns must include the packing slip you received with the items. If you have lost your packing slip, you can write your name, order number, and items you are returning. Items returned without this information will not be accepted.
- Customers will be responsible for all return shipping fees..
- Returns can take up to 7 business days to process but we work as fast as possible and they are usually processed much faster. Once your item has been received and processed, you will receive an email alerting you.

HOW TO RETURN
If you wish to return your item(s) from your website purchase, please access our returns portal within 14 days of receiving your item(s) at Simply Simpson Returns.
- Please do NOT return items before getting authorization from our Return Portal. Please note that once your return is approved, you must send items back within 2 business days of the return being approved.
